Catching the Ghost relates to a term we use when mind, body, time, and rhythm meet at the same place instead of anticipated by following the rhythm. When you move without even thinking you are the rhythm and time and space have met. You are catching the ghost.

Skill Methodz Crew (SKMZ), founded in Florida in 1995 is a worldwide recognized B-boy (Breaking) Dance group. Their movement has captured all underground hip-hop audiences and is respectfully acknowledged through their contribution. Also appearing in motion pictures -’Honey,’ ‘You Got Served,’ ‘Be Cool’ and in live theatre – Four Bellies, Rennie Harris Puremovement, Forever Swing and Flammable Contents.
